I have a question. Is Lahore dha phase 8 plot is good investment for 5 year or phase 9 and so on, plz give me brief reason for your answer. It will be really gratefull.

Since development started phase 8 is really accelerating. In the last 6 months it is more than 3 lac per month. In the last two months it is almost 5 lac per month and this is for poor location plots.
Not sure how long this will go but I think it is better than phase 9. |

My guess is that Phase 8 will at least reach to the price level of Phse 5 and Phase 6, if not more. |
