Dear Respected Seniors
I have plot in DHA Phase 6 B block in very prime location, means in front of Main Bulavard, there are some houses alrady constructed which are looking very bautiful. I recently visited there and check the price which is approx 120 lac whereas my frined has a plot back side where price is approx 140 lac. I do not understand why the plot back side are high price v front. Please comment.

There is no any plot which is facing main boulevard (Bedian Rd to Barki Rd) of pahse-6, but facing future commercial plot nos. from B1 to B40, yes that is about 120 lacs and your plot may be one of them.
these are facing commercial not main boulevard.
