Why prices of Valencia town increasing? Two canals plot range is now between 135 lakhs to 175 lakhs , an increase of 15 lakhs within a week Similarly range of 1 kanal plot has increased by 5 lakhs. I am sure there must be a reason . Is it construction of southern loop of ring road to be started soon?

One of the major reasons is that expats waiting for the end of ppp government have now jumped in the market.
One knal price incresed from 60 to 75 in last few months |

I believe Valencia's location is very good. Now that Khayaban Jinah is built which goes directly from Shaukat Khanum Hospital to Valencia , it has made Valencia very easily approachable .. When southern loop of Ring Road will be started and completed I think it will be very good for Valencia. |

The prices have increased signifcanty every where I have been advocating this area when prices were less than 1/2, At this stage I think it is overpriced for investment point of view. Though for Living it is good.
It is neat and Clean Dispute free society with good infrastructure, Being Governed resonably well by Registrar Coperatives.
At this time it is best in that area. |
