Is it possible to buy 10 marla house in Cantt area with a budget of 8 Million? What could be the options preferably near Air port? How much do I need to go for DHA in case?

Mr.Gemin, it is very hard in 8 million for 10 Marla, I bought 5 marla few month back and it cost me around 65, it is in cantt area close to infantry road.

I have just finished first storey and in your budget you can have second storey finished also.it is well designed,self built two bedroom house with big store and kitchen and all basic amenities.securitywise it is also good community.with 25 feet road .two sedan cars can be parked inside

Go and visit Divine Garden next to Metro by new Airport. If they can deliver this year then it would be good investment. The 10 marla will be around 115 lac and 8 marla between 80 to 90 lac. It has good potential to gain in near future. The 10 marla in DHA is 185 lacs. you can do the math yourself. Good Luck.
