@ mir, coz of the following!
1) almost 5 years since balloting but still no development
2 no approved map still
3) no serious efforts seem to improve the conditions in near future
but I have observed a reasonable price hike since last year. What could be the reason I donnno.
I have a plot in this society but I am very disappointed with the approach of management. Let me know any good news related to this society.

on 200ft rd u can get easily 30-35 lacs. |

People are offering main road plots on higher side but one thing I want to say that this is not the final map.It is obvious that map has to be changed and good plots can go on bad places. |
