DEAR SALMAN AND OTHER EXPERTS,MY QUESTION IS VERY SERIOUS.I PAID A TOKEN RS 50000 FOR A PLOT ON MAIN BLUWARD FOR A PLOT ON 150 FT ROAD.AFTER THE DEAL I CAME TO KNOW THAT THIS PLOT LIKE OTHERS IS NOT FACING TOWARDS THE ROAD SIDE.DHA IS NOT ALLOWING ALL PLOTS ON MAIN RDS WILL NOT BE FACING TOWARDS ROAD.THIS IS DHA POLICY.SHOULD I CONTINUE OR LEAVE THE DEAL.THANKS AND MUST REPLY TODAY.

I bought a plot in Phase 8 U Block. I was told similar thing. I personally went to DHA office and they confirmed that all plot on express way 160 feet road can face towards expressway. |

Why you guys want to live in a house that faces a busy road with heavy traffic that brings with it noise, pollution and hazardous environment all day and into most of the night? Live in a quiet street preferably with a closed end so that little children can venture out without fear of an accident and where grown ups can take a stroll after dinner. Live in a peaceful place, not where it feels you are in the middle of a market. Thats my two cents. I respect other' opinions as they will differ. |
