Asalam u Alaikum,

I am planning to start house in Bahria Town Sector C on 10M plot I own. Can someone please guide me a reasonable priced architect and also how much it will cost me initially in design/map approval.



Also how much would it cost to build a 2 storey house?

waslaam,
Bahria design wing can help with floor plan, elevation and other related architectual documents. They charge a for approx 150,000 rupees for all the services. I suggest that you don't compromise on architect, go for the good ones. You have to live in the house so appreciate living in well designed/made house. All the best.

You can get your house designed by the Design wing of Bahria town Lhr.

Design+Map Approval+TMA charges+ Utilities (Elec,Water & Sewerage) for 10 Marla will cost you around 2.5 to 2.75 lac.

You will need a minimum of 4.5 million PKR for good construction.
