The Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered Defence Housing Authority Islamabad to submit Rs22.24 billion that Employees Old Age Benefit Institute (EOBI) had paid to it in a shadowy deal to purchase 321 kanals of land.

No. its totally a sperate issue . related to Land sold to E.O.B.I . its not linked with DHA operations. No worries bcz National Assembly already passed a Bill infavour of DHA. Which is a great Booster for DHA investors |

please try to understand the difference between DHA Islamabad and Lahore. DHA Lahore is very creditable while DHA Islamabad have been very corrupt in some of their projects like DHA- Valley and DHA home.
SC has shown this reaction probably on their DHA Valley project. Perhaps their will be some LANTAN but no recovery. |

it is in favour of DHA to buy back that properties from EOBI because current market value is higher than purchased value of that commercial plots. |
