Please confirm by full paid you mean the cost of land and the development charges meaning to say once I buy the plot I do not need to pay any thing extra to NFC.

Please confirm for buying in NFC the buyer is needed to be present in Pakistan or not

like Mr.Abdullah I would also like to know that;

Did you mean we don't need to pay any extra change to NFC management if we purchase one of the plot mention above in your post.
Or land paid cost does not include Development charges and we have to pay it other than the plot cost you mentioned above.

Dear Atif & abdullah

Full paid means all the development charges and cost of land both fully paid.
Development charges for 5 marla is 1.5 lacs for 10 marla 3 lacs and for 1 kanal 6 lacs.
yes you can buy plot in NFC 2 without visiting pakistan.
