Dear experts - I need to know your opinion on which is a better option DHA phase 7 or Parkview? (Strictly just between the two). Parkview has the best location whereas DHA phase 7 development is unmatched and far better compared to Parkview. Already, some plots in DHA phase 7 have exceeded in price more than Parkview and there is not even any possession or construction yet. Can you please advise?

For house construction, Parkview should be the best option. Do consider saving of fuel & time compared with phase-7
But for investment, phase-7 is best among these two options. |

Humble, very kind of you to have responded. You are right but then I also think that the value of the house would be greater in phase 7 than in Parkview. As can be already seen, Phase 7 is goin up and parkview has not moved much at all despite so many houses being constructed there and possession given since a long time. |
