DHA PH 8 X-Y BLOCKS,

Dear LRE team, and respected readers.
I have a very straight question, that WHY DHA-8 X & Y
Blocks are getting more in demand, where i have seen the development is bitter slower on X block, comparing to Y block. Perhaps, on other net sites, for LAND dealing, I am observing that demand of PH-8 Y block and pricing is just not stable on every two weeks.

Please advice me and to the other readers, as i wanted to invest on PH-8 only, perhaps other blocks are more expensive. IS that news or roumer is true, that the open land area on Y block, near the grave yard, and surrounding by 8-Marla plots boundary wall, is all going-away to big main commercial market of Y block.
