Dear Sir,
It is just like same as residential files of any phase of dha. The dha phase 7 commercial file ballot is expected in next two to three months but nothing is confirmed untill DHA will announce officially and it is most likely dha phase 7 will be ready for possession on the completion of development.
The entire ballot of DHA phase 9 is still Due. If you consider for long term basis then dha phase 9 4 marla commercial file is worthy to invest.

Aslamoalikum,dha phase 9 file rates can change after balloting if yes then how much it could be at the least. Or is it good decision to sale file before ballot thanks |

8 Marla commercial file Is available @ 275 Lacs. The expected development charges will be around 25 to 30 Lacs. No Time Frame of ballot can be given for dha 9 commercial at the moment. The availability of commercial file in dha 9 very limited
