DHA Phase - 9,

Dear Friends,

I think within one two months time DHA Phase 9 1 K file will touch 60 Lakhs and 1K Plot in Phase-8 will reach 1.6 Crore. Please let me have your expert opinion.

Phase 9 One kanal file is supposed to touch 53 lakhs on current rising spree most probably till Eid or one week after Eid .Phase 8 will starting rising soon and can reach any figure especiallu w,t,u and v blocks

Logically Phase 8 is overpriced. W and T block prices are almost at par with good blocks of Phase 6, while it,s lagging at least 5 years in time frame. I know logic always does not work in bullish market.

Look at V block on google maps. Looks marvellous. Much better located than w n t.

Lookin at development pace n central location far closer than 6 & 7.
P 8 will b quickly populated in next 3-5 yrs as its difficult to find good location plots in p 5 now

For people who want to build house in near future, phase 6 is the only good option. It will be the center of DHA. Phase 8 is good only if you consider long term.

How come phase 6 is the only good options--may be you have invested there why not phase 5 why not phase 5 M block. Can you live in phase 6 now and even in an years time, the nearest neighbor is one km away atleast. If phase 6 is the center can you imagine the traffic congestion it would phase in next 5 to 7 years when even phase 7, phase 7 ext, phase 5 and phase ext would be fully developed. You intend to use helicopters i guess. Phase 8 opposite lahore airport is the best for any body who wants to live in a compact walled community instead of owning a house in a 3-4 Km long phase

completely disagree on Parkview. Poor development, very small lanes. Surrounded by disputed lands from all sides and many disputed plots. All said, great location.
