Brothers , Property prices in Lahore are sky rocketing even before most of overseas land in Pak.
Phase 9 file, phase 8 plots everything is either already over priced or at peak price.
Please advise where to invest 60-70 lakh for couple of yrs for max gain in two yrs.
I wish i can find some option that can give me enough return so as to construct a house with this investment + its profit.
Living abroad is very difficult my brothers. :pkf

Phase 8 parkview is for sure undervalued, buy 10 marla possession plot. U can construct tomorrow and start living |

Brother; u can buy 10 Marla plot at good location in phase 7. Possession would be given next year and undoubtedly plot prices will increase substantially after possession. |
