Mr. Salman Maqsood - Estimate of Price of the Plot,

Dear LRE Saheb,

I response to my earlier message for estimating price of Plot 753 M Phase 5, you estimated its price to 80 Lacs which is lower bracket of the price range of Block M Phase 5.

I want to find out the reason for such a low estimate even if this plot is facing a small open area. Is due to close proximately of a village, close to boundary wall etc.

I would really appreciate your detailed reply.
