Covered area of a house on 1 Kanal Plot , usually, is 4500 to 6000 Sq.ft. So

Min Cost = Rs. 1600 x 4500 = 7,200,000/-
Max Cost = Rs. 1600 x 6000 = 9,600,000/-

minimum 1 crore for one kanal good construction for 4700 sq feet and their is no maximum
