Need valuable suggestion regarding DHA Rahber, I want to buy a 5 marla plot in G block of DHA Rahber phase 2. Is this good investment of 2.5M for 2 to 3 years?

if u want to spend 2.5 million then u have two options
NFC 2 ... 1 kanal
DHA Rahber... 5 marla
Both are good, but in my view NFC 2 is better because keeping in view its current low price, it has much more potential for profit in 2 to 3 years. |

Mr. Ba, file is a file and plot is on ground reality. Also, there is huge difference in 1 kanal and 5 marla plots. There is no comparison between DHA Rahbar 5 marla file and NFC2 1 kanal plot, always go for a plot on ground specially when it is four times the size of the alternative. NFC plot will be at least twice the price in 3 years or less. |
