Currently (): around 26 Lakhs cost of land.

After 3 years (): somewhere between 85 Lakhs and 135 Lakhs. That's a conservative estimate assuming there is no significant +ve or -ve change in the macro economy, i.e. status quo is maintained. The estimate is directly proportional to the change in macro economic situation during the given time period which is next 3 years.

after 3 years it will be a fully developed society and the rates will be comparable to Bahria at least 70 to 80 % of Bahria.
If Bahria is 80 lac now for 1 kanal, then after 3 years u can guess how much would it be. and so u can also guess how much NFC 2 would be.
