Can anyone give valuable input about the future prospects of DHA Phase 8 Z Block 10 marla file for both short term and long term investment (2-3 years time)? Is it worth buying on the present price which is almost 35 lakh..... Thanks

Some dealers misguide buyers about the location of Z block being in the regular dha phase 8 land. But actually Z Block location has nothing to do with regular DHA Phase 8. It is across the barki road in moza dahuri padre (can be verified from intimation/allocation letter), a few kilometers away from the end of DHA Phase 8. The land there so cheap it is a fraction of land price in regular DHA phase 8 opposite Lahore Airport. So avoid this z block like a plague. The so called z block is not a block in fact. It is like a whole new phase but quite far from anything called dha. Actual worth of this 10 marla is not more than 20 lacs. Innocent people just get deceived by the name of dha 8 z block and pay more than 20 lacs thinking it is located in regular dha phase 8. |

do not be deceived by some dishonest dealers giving you wrong info about location of this z block. this so called dha 8 z block has absolutely nothing to do with regular dha phase 8 land. it is like a new phase. dha should name is dha phase 12 because in this z block alone there are like 5000+ plots. it is across the barki road quite far on the other side. land is very very cheap there compared with dha 8 land around commercial broadway.
this z block is not just across barki road, in fact it is few kilometers deep/away from barki road at very bad location. u can check the moza from any z block file or check from local farmers. it has nothing to do with main dha phase 8. the z block land is priced one fourth compared with main dha phase 8 land.
for z block land or this new phase of dha deep across barki road check wikimapia, google maps or google earth for villages mandianawala and dahuriwala. |
