Can you guide me, I want to buy one kanal plot in phase 7 and my budget is 90 lakhs.
Ideal phase are (S & W)
Please advise, can I get 1 kanal plat in this budget.

As per your given budget it would be bit difficult to get a plot in the subject blocks. In February good location plot in W was between 85-90 lacks. Prices shoots up in last 5 months drastically (by 15-20 lacks depending upon the location).
In 90 – 92 lack you can target a good location plot in Y block near to avenue 12 / 13 (more preferred) or 14 . This location will give you definite profit.
