yes i also want to know which blocks have 10 marla plots in DHA Phase 7, and which blocks are good for investment for 10 Marla.
Also what are the prices of 10 Marla there ?

Phase 7 is good for investment at the moment in any block X, Y. I would suggest that you go to the phase 7 map and see ten Marla plots locations and choose as per your budget. Phase 7 is not overly priced at the moment and will gain quite a bit after handing over of plots.

Phase 7, X and Y block are better for 10-Marla plots.
Price range is 45-55 lacs depending on location.
Yes; its good for investment right now because prices are still low. Once possession is announced early next year then prices will increase substantially.
