Almost twenty years back the SCECHS launched the housing scheme but, till now there is no progress that members know of. This has given rise to many rumours about misappropriation of members money, and many other dishonest practices. These rumours might be untrue. But the Supreme Court, especially the honourable Chief Justice and other honourable judges are requested to intervene and ask the Managing Committee of the Society to make public a detailed report about the progress made so far in acquiring the remaining land, getting NOC from the CDA, and timeline for development of the plots. This would clear the fair name of Supreme Court from any questions being raised about the SCECHS and its affairs. After all, it is the Supreme Court whose name is linked to the project.

Your are not the only one who has suffred & pobably swindled by some group on the name of Supreme Court. Thousand persons including my self are affecties.I suggest we should make some kind of association to highlight the isue |
