Hi Faisal,
Considering the market situation of Phase 7; I don't think DHA will give possession of phase 8 in next 5 years, they will be giving more hype to Phase 7 after the possession and once that is populated then they will move market towards phase 8.
Since Phase 8 has much better location then both phase 6 & 7 and DHA management is aware of it so they will not make any move that will have negative impact on their other already developed phases 7 & 8. They will make more money from Phase 7 first and then once they do that then phase 8 will be the hottest cake. I am sure they will follow the same strategy on Phase 9 as well that they will make maximum money from each phase before launching the next one.
Although the development pace is fast but you need to consider the development of Phase 7, 80% of the work is done but they are not giving possession so Phase 8 needs at least 5 years. |
