I have a 10 marla plot in X block phase 7. Kindly advise me whether it is better to hold the plot till possession or it is better to sell the plot now and invest the money somewhere else?
If its good to hold now, then where do you see the prices of 10 marla plots in phase 7 in 6 months time or after possession? The prices are around 5.5-6 million now.

Do not sell Phaase 7 until possession granted! That is my advise. Lets see what others have to say! |

I agree with Mr A, don't sell phase 7 till possession is granted. You will get a good gain of at least a million upon possession. |

DONT even think about selling Phase 7!! The next fire shall be in phase 7 in terms of rates. Wait for the possession. Even if it doesnt come as far as phase 6, it will come close. |
