Is phase 9 1K file or Phase 7 10marla plot better for short term gain?

Better go for plot instead of file ,which wil take min 10 year to convert in liveable plot .

short term phase 7 is receommended - upon posession you will gain.
long term phase 9 - very very fruitful.

Phase nine would also be going on ground one day no one can challenge the credibility of dha only factor is waiting. But location wise 9 is far much better

Short term (2 years) phase 7 is better but long term (6-7 years) phase 9 would be preferable

As long as the balloting is not done, Ph 9 will continue to rise. After the plot numbers are allotted, everything will depend on location as speculators and gamblers will be out of the market.
Phase 9 is a very good investment but the only thing against is a long time frame of possible 10 years. During that time there might be some highs and lows in the market. Best time to buy has already gone. The second best time might be after approximately two years when property prices will start to settle and one could pick and choose the good location too.

Made a decision not to sell till it reached 55lacs despite urgings by some of my friends. Will now wait after Eidul azha to decide now.

DHA Phase 7!!!! Far better to go for a plot.. Once possession given, prices will shoot.. Once construction begins, another shoot! Always remember that in a real market, value of land goes up as the population increases.. Simple logic for this is that plots in DHA phase 8 which are closer to DHA phase 6 are MORE expensive than those closer to airport. Thats because there are more houses and population on this side!
Phase 9 is a good investment but VERY long term!!
