Dear all,
Please advise.
Shall I buy 1 k plot in phase 7 or 2 files in Phase 9 for 2-5 years or for longer period as investment.
I will be very thankful all of you for your valueable input in this regards and will also help many other readers too.

For better and long investment point of view Phase 1K Plot is Good and if u want investment for a shorter period like less than a year, you should go for phase 9 (5 or 10 Marla Files) |

Phase 7 is better for short term investment whereas phase 9 is good for long term investment around 7-8 years. Decision is yours |

dha 9 ke files ka actual rete yeh ho ga to market k level par aye ge, 5 marla ke 30 lakh aur 1 kanal ke 65 lakh |
