If you use google satellite map to see , It looks T block is most developed and then W block.following them U & V are also developed.Block S and Y are still Less Develped. In the earlier mentioned blocks mostly the Roads are darker in color, showing much developed.I think 2014 end or 2015 Q2 will should be ready. |
