The current Market value of Near Y 4512 is around 78 Lacs
The current Market value of Near U 1749 is around 82 to 83 Lacs

Just a small query... ?
You mentioned T-149 at 125 whereas the T-270 is 108 but T-149 (Not corner) and below the T-270 (Corner) ? i believe there is a mistake somewhere ?
Or may be there is a reason which i am not aware of ? |
