dear investers please do not listen to people trying to confuse you with their baseless assumptions against phase 9. you all are very well aware of the prices of one kanal plot in various phases(4,5,6,7,8) in dha lahore. u hardly find a plot less than 100 lac,,good location plots are more than 15 million in dha. phase 9 one kanal file is not at all a bad deal. because in coming few months or even years plots in phase 9 will not be available less than one crore. location wise phase 9 is far much better. only factor is time, hold your files IN SHA ALLAH phase 9 will remain unbeaten, most of all phase 9 is not a scam nor a buble to be brusted because the credibility of DHA could not be challenged. dha is the most secure housing project, grab a file today otherwise it will be too late
