Time for investment in DHA-9 :flg
imagine minimum price of a 1K plot in DHA and then rest assure this will be minimum price of DHA-9 average price in coming days and good location will be equal to an average plot in DHA-6 or 8 .
If you have funds or planing to invest for good return or wanted to leave gift for you kids buy DHA-9 Money in Pak Rs is getting devalue but not the real estate in DHA-9. I see DHA-9 file rising high and zero chance to revolt in price.

Mr. CMY met me around 5 years back and I had only Rs 1.6 Million at that time. I asked for a good investment. He said - buy phase 9 file. I blindly trusted him and now I can see that worth of that advice. my 16 lakh has become 54 lacs in just 5 years and I am sure if I sleep on this ( that I am going to do as for my kids who is 6 years old), it will go upto 170 lacs inshallah in next 10-15 years time. So much of Halah income and wealth is only possible for a middle class overseas Pakistani is a blessing. my father sold so many good plots that if he would have kept it - we would be billionaires. I dont want to make the same mistake. whoever have the file. just hold and dont sell till the balloting. May Allah bless Pakistan. Ameen |
