in my opinion it,s an indicator that ph9 file will rise more in days to come,that,s the reason that one million sudden jump is in ph 7 , and u dont know that bottom line of ph7 may touch 95 and only in this way ph 9 file can get more gain and can touch the 75lac,

Completely agree with the two analysis above. DHA Phase 7 has a huge potential to grow. Already good plots are touching 125 to 130 lacs per kanal. The possession is VERY close. The development is 80 to 90 percent complete. I think the cheapest 1 kanal plot in phase 7 in the coming days would be 95 lacs to 1 crore. Only then would it make sense for someone to go for Phase 9 as it would take at least 7 to 8 years to develop.

Agreed with these analysis. Phase 7 has good potential to go up
