Those who believe phase 7 location is away, should keep in mind that phase 1 to 4 are closer to Lahore Cant and Gulberg area yet price per Kanal there is substantially lower than phase 5!
What really matters, is the planning and quality of development. Certainly, planning of 6&7 is far better than phase 5

Shahzad sab, Pls. consider below features in this regard: -The area of phase 6 & 7 is planned in squarish and rectangular blocks -100 to 150 feet wider roads are separating each block. -There are number of parks and above all Golf course in the middle |

Basit saab - I 100% agree with you. When DHA phase 5 was announced, everyone used to say "who is going to live so far at the end of DHA". Today phase 5 is the most expensive phase in DHA. By those standards, Phase 6 and Phase 7 will shoot up quite quick. Phase 6 is already coming close to phase 5. There is a huge room in phase 7 and as soon as possession is granted, it will sky rocket! |

Due to above factors and approach from a beautiful main boulevard, I believe, phase 6 will be priced higher than phase 5 once it is more populated and general facilities are made available there. Afterwards, Phase 7 to follow the footprints of phase 6. |

Geo i have no investment in 7 either but ground reality is that prices have raised by 50 lacs per kanal in the past 6 months (from 70 lacs per kanal to 120 lacs per kanal). Phase 7 will be most expensive phase after 5 and 6 until proper phase 8 develops. Then phase 8 will lead (not including ex parkview and adopted socities). |

Phase 7 is attached to Golf course Raya, the biggest attraction once it is ready. Phase 7 has wonderful development, big roads on all sides. Phase 9 is also a very good investment but LONG term for real gains. |

Dear Mr. Basit, Your points are very valid. Though what impact you see of Ph-8 on Ph-7 as its you can say another phase like phase-5 with relatively better location or nearer to other areas compare to ph-7. Another aspect what i think: DHA has a plan like they won't let Ph-7 & Ph-8 to be quickly made possession ready as otherwise Ph-6 prices would fall (as people will get many and lesser amount options to buy/construct in these 2 phases) So DHA will let Ph-6 get more populated for another year or so. And then give possession in Ph-7 by next year mid or end and after 2years or so of it give possession in Ph-8. |

Definitely Ph 7 will get possession much before Ph 8. Many of the people holding the plots will start construction immediately after getting the possession. As it gets populated , the prices will appreciate. The distance does not matter. I think Ph 7 is still a good buy at current price. Thanks |

I bought one kanal plot in phase 7 at 55-lacs in september last year. One year has not completed yet but my plot price has doubled. This is the actual ground reality. |

CMY once declared phase 6 as Jewel of DHA. Phase 6 and 7 are two sides of the same coin. If one side is jewel, so would be the other.. |
