I want to buy a 10 marla house in Behria town as holiday home and keep connection with Pakistan. I can arrange around 8-10 millon rupees. Would I be able to get one in this price.

Yes, you can get 10 marla in appr 5-6 million ready to build plot. Negotiate as prices are inflated everywhere. With rest of money you can start construction, hire a good architect. |

1. SAK is right. You can buy a 10 marla plot & build your house in BT Lahore in PRs. 10 million.
2. A 6.11 marla Bahria Home in Sector E is also good option. |
