Can someone advice me if buying a plot in state life phase 1 for residence purpose is a good decision or not .I heard there is some issue of low voltage in the area specially in E block.
Can someone plz guide me for this.

Low voltage? ur right.But then it is low voltage almost every where in rural Pakistan.But this is why still u can buy a plot for 5-6 million otherwise it should be over 10 million seeing its top location brother. |

It seems the local transformer of your block is faulty and need repair, it has nothing to do with Society. |
