electeic work has been started today in A and B block and it is twenty times faster than they were working previously in H and F block , If they work like this they will complete all LDa in 2 months

206C , 60 feet road , current price is 46 lakh minimum , Mr Ahmad 505C is a very good plot , if litigation area become clear on 150 feet road near your plot , than your plot worth is more than 65 lakh , we r not finding even at 65 lakh such plot on J block 150 feet road side , do not sell it , it will touch 80 lakh very soon Inshahallh

Mr. Tariq , you must re open the case in court ,other wise we all will wait one year more to get possession , electric work is now too slow , I met with people doing this work , told me that they are not getting the material on time and remaining work cannot be completed in few months

Me Asad possession will be given to the owners of the plots whose plots are situated in sectors which are free from litigation. You must knock at the door of the Court, if deem appropriate.

In my case the LDA authrities had submitted before SC that three Block are in litigation. The possession/ development of rest of all the Block was assured / undertaken to be completed till December 2013. It is hoped that LDA will complete the development work within time, otherwise i will file Contempt of Court application against LDA.

Pls tell us,did the supreme court mention any thing about the Litigation issue in their decision ,,of your petition /case.
Can we get your case number in the supreme court and the decision copy.
It will not affect you but it will help those whose plots are in litigation.

The judgment of the SC is a public document, u can get it from the information counter of the Honourable Apex Court. The said order deals witrh the plots which are free from litigation. Unfortunately, i alone struggled against the maphia

Dear Tariq,

We appreciate and acknowledge your efforts. We know we didn't standby with you during the trial period. The reason being it is very hard for a salaried class to fight for justice in the courts where SC is also dumb on the litigation issue. Justice delayed is justice denied.

A.O.A. Sir please if anybody has any information of the completion of development work in BLOCK A. There were rumors that possession would be handed over by December 2013 but all went the other way. If anyone has some information please let me know.
