Plz provide outlook/prospects for Phase 9 Files in DHA Lahore and news/info about its expected ballotting and your advice as to buy/sell them and invest for how long a time period/duration with what amount of expected returns and when???

file will touch to 80 to 85 lacs with in 3 months times as Brig waqar said about balloting , reason behind that is " 1 kanal hard to get in this price within a dha and this is will be best phase of asia |

I guess if you have a DHA-9 File, you are the most luckiest person as this will touch in next 15-20 years near 200 lacs inshallah. if you cant hold it for that long it will at least double in next 3 years. |
