My friend has purchased a plot in DHA Lahore. Deposited NDC and got Chalan Form on 22 August. Deposited all dues against the plot on 23 August. Now the seller says that transfer should take place on Monday 26 August as he (seller) has some compelling commitment and will not be available for next few days. Can the transfer take place on Monday in any way? Informed brothers are requested to guide. |
