This is just not the right time for profit taking price is going up day by day. HOLD UR FILES TILL AFTER EID. That will be right time for selling as it will have already reached its peak before balloting ie about 65-70 lac.

not even after eid because after balloting the plot will be available at almost 85-90 lacs including dev. charges and the real time will begin to take profit and if u will still be able to hold then after 3 years the plot will be crossing 120 lac GOD Willing |
