I need to invest 60 Lakh only in DHA , please advise the possibilities for best return. I dont mind even 10 Marla as well

In my view; A good location 10-Marla plot in phase 7 would be good investment. |

A 10 marla file in phase 7
A 5 marla file in Phase 9
Expect at least 50% return in the next 24 months if not more. |
