1. I need your adivse, i have 5 marla plot in DHA Rahbar Phase 2 its price is near about 17 Lakh please tell me if i sale this plot and buy one ten marla plot in NFC Phase 2 . is it good or not .
2. Please tell me future of DHA Rahbar Phase 2 and NFC Phase 2.

well NFC 2 is a developing society and the chances of increase in rates is always more in a developing society as compared to an already developed society.
i would recommend u to buy in NFC 2.
In two years time here the price of 10 marla will be much higher. |

In fact in my opinion, location of NFC 2 is much better and accessible as compared to DHA Rahbar. Even if one compares on prices, neighbouring plots are much more expensive around NFC 2 as compared to DHA Rahbar. |
