Anyone planning to sell his Phase-9 file at this stage should know & take it for granted that its buyer would only be some property dealer and nobody else. Gradual price decrease is primarily a business manoeuver aimed at bringing the file holders to the point of its selling, so that these are again bought by the dealers who sold it few days ago. It is in the financial interest of all file holders not to take notice of temperory price devaluation & continue holding their files for sometime or atleast few weeks, if not few months.

DHA-9 is like a sitting camle and there are many fold before you evalue its hight and remember this baby has lot of margine to gain hight. Hold your file as long as you can and one day you will be proud of your decision and in time act. |
