Thanks for assessment, Should I sell phase 8 plot and reinvest amount for 3 to 5 years distributing it in equal three or four chunks or wait for a while, appreciate your expert views, please.

Its better buy 3 one kanal file in phase 9 rather one plot in phase 8. it will yield to you maximum in long run
