Dear Salman,
I have a DHA Phase 7 (10 Marla) allocation file. Could you or anyone from your team please give your expert opinion about following aspects :-
a. Its present market value?
b. Should I hold it or dispose it off ?
c. I have heard from an unconfirmed source that
DHA has recently conducted balloting and has
converted all such files into plots. How can I
confirm this and what will be its value after
balotting ?

Dear Sir,
The dha ph 7 file can be sold around 42 to 42.50 Lacs. Two months ago partial ballot has been held by dha. DHA can ballot the remaining files can any time but specific time frame cannot be given at the moment. as per previous ballot shows, chances to get plot of good is very little as majority of them got plots at boundary.so make your decision accordingly. the development charges of 10 marla file will be 9 lacs.
