I am currently living in Dubai and i want to purchase 1 kanal file in DHA phase 9 on my name. It is possible that without coming in pakistan personally i can buy file on my name ? Is it necessary to come pakistan and then i can only buy a file on my name?

Dear MR.Muhammad,
You can buy dha Lahore property in your own name without traveling to Pakistan as per DHA Law, Your any relative or even your friend will present in DHA on your behalf at time of transfer. The Allotment letter will be given to you only when you will visit the DHA Office Physically. The funds should be in pakistan at time of transfer.
