Salam to Sincere Pakistanis of LRE and people on this wonderfull web site.
Guys i m coming to Pakistan after long break.

I am looking for sincere advise from LRE bros in particular and others in general.
I intend to invest 15 million in Lahore property.

Kindly advise where ? And who should i contact for advise.

is it right time for investment or i should hold it for the time being as market is showing signs of saturation.
I only have few days and want to spend more time with friends and family in RYK.

Sincere and logical advise please .

split your money, make wise investments, all money in files is like the stock market. If I were you, I would by a 1 kanal plot in Phase 7 (around 80 lacs), 1 kanal plot in NFC 2 (around 30 lacs) and one phase 9 file (around 50 lacs). total 160+ lacs, guaranteed returns in short time, safe and spread investment.

Suppose budget is only 15 to 20 lacs then what would you advise for a period of minimum 3 years?

I feel i am attractted towards 1 kanal in phase-7 and 1-kanal in phase-9.
Plus some piece in Nfc-2 if possible

i would strongly recommend that Phase 7 DHA is much better n safe investment secondly u can purchase 5 marla or 10 marla in phase 9
it is for short term even for long term THE BEST
