NFC Lahore Phase 2 Development Update August 2, 2012
We will try to upload the latest development pictures in next few weeks.
Currently the Main Boulevard & all Main Roads (80 Ft, 100 Ft, and 150 Ft), bridge on Lahore Canal, water tank, and the commercial area between Lahore Canal and Multan road is completely developed. Possession of commercial plots was given last year. Construction is going on in commercial area. Possession of residential plots on main roads is expected within next 12 months. The development work on remaining residential plots is expected to take about two years. Society has all the land in possession, and it is big chunk of land (not scattered in pockets here and there) so the development can go on at a smooth pace.
More recent development in NFC Phase 2 can be seen in Google Satellite Images (or Google Earth) at following link (Notice the Barhia Town Sector F under rapid development at the end of NFC 2 150 Ft Main Boulevard which will give direct access of Multan Road to Bahria Town).
