As an Overseas Visitor I saw EME on Sunday, was Thoroughly Impressed, I decided to revisit the same area next day on 1.30 PM , I was thorughly disappointed to see the Jam of Traffic at exit of EME, I had to wait Full One Hour to Cover Only 1/2 KM distance, as Per some Local it is daily Routine. Please Consider all aspects before you decide to Invest there, I Think Canal Road after Thokar will not be sufficient for all the nice Hosing societies wee see, Most are still Unpopulated, In Future the resident definitely Commute By cars, The Moment these societies are Packed, You may have to go Hours before You will reach that area.
