For a good gain in short time of frame Go for DHA Ph7
1- 1K Plot preferred R / W Block it would cost you about 120-125lack
2- 10 marla plot (60-65lack)on a good location
3- 5Marla file DHA 9 (21-22lack)

If possible Go for a commercial plot in Sector C/E/F of BT Lahore Otherwise go for commercial plots in NFC2. A commercial plot in BT Lahore will be the most precious asset you can creat for your children. |
