In my opinion

1. Investment: DHA will give you better Return of Investment than Bahria
2. Lifestyle: DHA and Bahria both are good
3. Location: DHA is better
4. Commercial: Hub DHA is better

No comparison of DHA with Bahria .

Location : canal road, multan road , ring road , motorway and upper and souther punjab flow .

Investment : Bahria better return than DHA . bahria deliver before time and big margin in prices to up still .

Lifestyle : after 2-3 years maximum lifestyle will be beyond than DHA . go and look eyerthing self and think of ahead 2-3 years.

commercial : in future commercial design of Bahria no comparsion .

Bahria....in all terms. Security, Power Supply, International Food chanes, Golf country Club, Hotels , Hospitals , Cinema and many more . Please visit by your self.

Bahria....Because DHA seems to be very slow . They annouced DHA Phase 8 in 2004 and balloting of Phase 8 has been done in 2008 and yet there is no clue when development work is going to finish. If we talk about facilities please keep in mind that bahria town is in lahore since 2003 and DHA is in lahore since 1972 and yet there is no big diffrenec in facilities . DHA Club Vs Bahria Golf Country Club. National Hospital Lahore Vs BAhria's State of Art Hospital which has better faciliies and much more Economical than National Hospital. DHA cinema Vs Bahria Gold Class Cine 3D. There are some facilities which are available in DHA but not in Bahria Similarly there are facilities which are available in Bahria but not in DHA like bahria has Theme Park in Sector E .And most of all There is no Load sheding in Bahria due to own power houses of Bahria and Another thing in Bahria we need not to worry about Sanitary and Other Electrical small works at home because Bahria has a very Big Services Department which is available on call 24/7 at very nominal cost and you know very well the security of Bahria . Bahria's security is Awesome 24 Hours monitoring by Bahria Control room and CC TV cameras installed every where So i would rate bahria better than DHA in all terms. Bahria is Future of Lahroe.
