Ten Marla plot prices being quoted by Rs.7.5 to 8.0 Million in Air Avenue blocks N and R.

That is too high. I was quoted a 1 kanal plot at good location in N block for 9 million earlier this week. 8 million for 10 marla plot doesn't add up. |

not any more ,Air ave phase 8 prices are going up ,it will beat phase 8 in next 2 months as construction is being allowed . |

10 marla plot in DHA phase-5 is quoted around 10 million. I won't be surprised if 10 marla plots in Air Avenue are quoted at least the same price soon. Good luck. |

You can demand 300 Lacs for 2 kanal plot in Q sector of Air avenue lahore, but I think dont sell it now just wait soon it will jump to 400 Lacs |
